Bookings & quotes
All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed only once the agreed advance is received and we have acknowledged your date in writing.
Payments
An advance secures your date; the balance is due as set out in your booking schedule. Prices are inclusive of the items listed in your quote. Additional requests may affect the final amount, always with your prior approval.
Changes & cancellations
We understand plans change. Please notify us as early as possible — cancellation and rescheduling terms are shared with your quote and depend on proximity to your event date and committed vendor costs.
Our commitment
We commit to delivering the design and services agreed, on time and to a professional standard. Where circumstances beyond our control arise, we will always communicate promptly and propose the best possible alternative.
Imagery
We may photograph our setups for our portfolio. If you prefer your event not to be featured, simply let us know and we will respect your wishes.
